Streamlined Insurance Solutions for Event Organizers

About

Building upon the initial prototype from Phase 1, I iterated and refined the design based on user testing results, client feedback, and a fresh perspective. This refinement stage involved collaborating closely with the client on Figma to deliver a final prototype that met business needs. Following this, I worked directly with developers on Elementor to ensure seamless integration of design elements. By gathering and analyzing user feedback, I made strategic adjustments to the homepage and purchase flow, enhancing clarity, usability, and accessibility for event organizers.

The successful launch of Evento Protegido, set for the first semester of 2025, will mark a significant milestone. This streamlined solution empowers users to confidently secure the right insurance coverage for their events, delivering a seamless and efficient experience.

The design

The homepage was designed to be visually appealing and relatable, featuring images that resonate with users. It presents policy information in a fun and easy-to-read format, ensuring that users can quickly grasp the essential details without feeling overwhelmed. By combining engaging visuals with clear, concise content, the homepage effectively captures users' attention and guides them effortlessly through the initial stages of the insurance selection process.

The Quote-to-Purchase journey is the cornerstone of this design, tailored to address the unique needs of the Brazilian market. Recognizing that many people in Brazil have limited information about insurance, we focused on presenting all necessary details concisely and clearly. By simplifying the process and reducing the number of steps, we ensured that users could quickly and easily secure the coverage they needed without losing interest. This approach not only enhanced user engagement but also built trust through transparency and ease of use.
